Luvi provides a card game experience with virtual items, currencies, and progression systems. Users must follow these gameplay rules:

• No exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
• No using automated scripts, bots, or macros to play the game
• No spamming commands or attempting to overload the bot systems
• No real money trading of virtual cards, items, or currency
• No sharing accounts or transferring game progress between users
• No using alternate accounts (alts) to gain unfair advantages or circumvent restrictions
• Respect cooldowns and rate limits designed to ensure fair play
• Report bugs and exploits rather than abusing them

Luvi features virtual cards, currency, and items that have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

• All cards, currency, and items are virtual and have no monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items as needed
• Virtual items may be lost due to technical issues or rule violations
• Trading features are provided for entertainment purposes only
• We do not guarantee the availability or persistence of virtual items

Luvi is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Luvi for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.

• Banned users forfeit all virtual items and progress

Luvi collects minimal data necessary to provide game functionality. All data collection is limited to what's required for the bot to operate.

• Discord User ID (for account identification) - retained until account deletion
• Discord Username and Display Name (for leaderboards and social features) - retained until account deletion
• Server/Guild ID (to provide server-specific features) - retained until account deletion
• Game progress data (cards, currency, levels, achievements) - retained until account deletion
• Command usage and interaction data (for bot functionality) - processed in real-time only
• Basic Discord profile information (avatar, when available) - retained until account deletion
• Message activity timing (when messages are sent, not the content) - processed in real-time for activity-based content spawning
• User-submitted marketplace listings from designated channels (#market-buying and #market-selling) - retained until listing expires or is removed
• Channel activity data (frequency and timing only, not content) - processed in real-time to assess server engagement levels

Important: We only record that a message was sent to detect channel activity. The actual content of regular messages is never stored or analyzed.

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Luvi gaming experience.

• Public Marketplace: User listings from #market-buying and #market-selling channels are displayed on our website (https://www.luvi-game.com)
• Listings are user-generated and publicly viewable. By posting in marketplace channels, users consent to public display of their message content
• Marketplace listings are retained until the listing expires or the user requests removal
• Activity-Based Spawning: We monitor only the timing of messages (not content) to determine when to spawn cards and events
• No message content from regular gameplay (spawning, trading commands, battles, etc.) is read, stored, or analyzed
• We do not process message content from DMs or private channels

How to Make Requests: To request data deletion, access your data, or remove marketplace listings, please contact us via our official Discord server. We respond to all requests within 1 week.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate Luvi and provide our game features.

• Game Progress: Stored persistently to maintain your user experience. Retained until you request account deletion.
• Message Activity Data: Processed in real-time only to determine spawn timing. Not stored or analyzed for content.
• Marketplace Listings: Retained only as long as needed to display active listings. Automatically removed when expired or upon user request.
• Backups: Game data backups are retained for recovery purposes only and follow the same security measures as live data.
